Director of Operations & Government Relations
As a versatile entrepreneur since 2018, Anneke brings a wide-ranging skill set, from website development to business systems and management. With a passion for sustainability, urban safety, and effective waste management, she excels in designing and implementing strategies that create long-term community impact. Anneke is known for building strong strategic partnerships and driving operational solutions that optimize resources, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration. She led the successful launch of the Separation at Source (S@S) project in partnership with municipal and civic stakeholders, furthering her commitment to sustainable urban development.

George Swarts

Director of Community Engagement & Public Advocacy
A qualified and ordained pastor with over 15 years of experience, George brings a deep passion for people and purpose-driven leadership. His background in Systematic and Practical Theology, education, and nonprofit development equips him to build trust, inspire action, and drive meaningful change in communities. With a proven track record in community development and training, program expansion, fundraising, advocacy, and strategic planning, George is dedicated to empowering residents, strengthening relationships, and championing the voices of Mangaung through inclusive engagement and service.

Martin Slabbert

Director of Business Development & Marketing
A devoted pastor and man of faith, Martin brings heart, authenticity, and a deep sense of purpose to his work. With experience in media, branding, and community outreach, he uses creative communication to inspire unity and drive engagement. His passion for people and belief in their potential is evident in everything he does, as he works to build stronger connections, foster local pride, and support meaningful change throughout Mangaung.
